Lake Tahoe Workshop with Antonin Passemard and Turner Vinson
Lake Tahoe Workshop with Antonin Passemard and Turner Vinson
Join Antonin Passemard and Turner Vinson for four days of plein air painting in beautiful Lake Tahoe and Truckee, California.
Antonin and Turner have been friends for over ten years now, both carving out their own paths and careers as professional artists, and for the first time are coming together to teach a joint workshop.
While both Antonin and Turner have their own distinctive approach to painting, they often approach their subject matter in a similar way. Whether seeking interesting textures, color harmony or dynamic compositions, both artists have developed a way of capturing the emotion and feeling of the landscape. Turner and Antonin will do multiple demonstrations and will share the details of their approach to plein air painting. Most importantly, they will help you identify and strengthen your own voice as an artist.

Then he continued his study in the Académie des Beaux Art of Paris France to later study philosophy of art in the Sorbonne. His study took him to different studios in America and Russia at the Academy of Art in St Petersburg. Antonin shows his work internationally and his work is collected around the globe. About Turner Vinson:
Growing up in a small town in Texas, Turner wasn’t exposed to the world of fine art until college, where an interest in photography led him to a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2011. After college, he continued developing himself as an artist with a two year apprenticeship with an oil painter in Boise, Idaho. Soon after studying he fell in love with plein air painting and has now painted from coast to coast in the US and has made a few international excursions as well.
In 2018, Turner, his wife and fellow artist, Teysha, and their kids hit the road for a year of traveling and creating artwork around the country and looking for a new home in the mountain west. Turner’s work can be found in private collections across the country, as well as in Canada and Europe. Turner and his family now live and work out of the beautiful Bitterroot Valley, Montana.
